Hemendra V Shah, Founding Partner,

MR. Hemendra V Shah, the founding Partner, completed his CA in 1980. He has been in practice of taxation and auditing for more than 4 decades. He completed his articleship from Venugopal & Chennoy. Hemendra was a rank holder in CA examination. He was an avid chess player and held state ranking in Chess during his college and graduation days. He actively participated in AP Tax Bar Association as Treasurer, Secretary and President. He is an active member of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (AIFTP) and held posts of Treasurer, Secretary and Chairman of South Zone of AIFTP and was National Executive member from 1997. Past Convener & Member of Direct Taxes Committee of Federation of AP Chambers of Commerce & Industry (now FTCCI).

Chairman of Trust Board and Additional Vice President of Sri Gujarati Pragati Samaj, Hyderabad. He is the Managing Trustee of Dulabhdas Tribhuvandas Charitable Trust, which encourages economically weaker section in fields of education and health care.

He is socially involved in development and management of schools and colleges run by Sri Gujarati Pragati Samaj in capacity of Correspondent and is on board of the Samaj.

Virendra Shah (late), Senior Partner,

MR. Virendra Shah, was the Senior Partner of Dasa & Shah who completed his CA in 1985. He had been in practice of Audit and assurance service for nearly 40 years. He completed his articleship from Venugopal & Chennoy. Virendra was a Gold medalist in Economics subject of CA examination. Virendra was an active participant of Audit and Assurance related discussions and presentations. Over the years, he had developed expertise in Bank statutory and concurrent audit, Corporate audits and accounting, whose legacy is carried forward by this firm, for which he dedicated his professional life.

D Bhasker Rao, Senior Consultant,

MR. Bhasker Rao is a Senior Consultant with D&S. Post completion of CA intermediate, he moved on to industry for job opportunities. With experience of nearly 35 years, he has worked in various industries before joining D&S as Senior Consultant.

Bhasker takes care of Business Development and department liaising. He is also hands on in the field of taxation, accounting and auditing.

Siva Kumar Badigineni, Senior Consultant

MR Siva is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, USA) with nearly 3 decades of experience.

He has a versatile set of skills in the in the areas of Accounting, Financial Management, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, MIS and Systems Analysis in the industries spanning Private Equity, Information Technology, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Manufacturing. Further he has wide and longstanding network of relationships with capital Providers like Commercial Banks, Development Financial Institutions and Private Equity Players.

Nikshit H Shah, Partner, CA, CISA, LLB,

MR. Nikshit is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Information System Auditor and Lawyer with nearly 15 years of experience in the field of Accountancy and Consulting. He has worked in various industries before joining D&S as Partner. Nikshit brings diversified knowledge from his experience of working with Industry leaders like Deloitte & Cognizant in Service Industry, ITES industry, PE Fund, Manufacturing Industry and in practice.

Nikshit has worked extensively on Fund Raising, CFO services, Payroll services, statutory compliance and consultancy services. He has expertise in handling accounts and reporting of overseas businesses.

Swetha C Shah, Partner,

MS. Swetha is a chartered accountant with nearly 15 years of experience in the field of Taxation and Accounting. She has worked with Deloitteâ€™s Tax Team and provided services to various industries as consultant before joining D&S as Partner. Swetha provides the knowledge base in Direct and Indirect Taxes with her experience in various Industries over the period of 13 years.

Swetha has experience in the field of Direct Tax planning and compliances. She also has expert knowledge in the field of Indirect Taxes, Payroll services and Accounting.
